Mandy is devastated to have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis. This is affecting the use of her fingers and hands, meaning that any wirework is extremely painful. Her classes will still be taking place as these require minimal stress on her hands. All products on line are still for sale as they are already completed.
Mandy regrets she will no longer be taking commissions for faeries or dandelions.
Please feel free to browse the new line of resin work as it comes online (very little stress on the fingers) and she hopes you will like the change of direction and continue to support her small business xx much love

Faerie and DragonFantasy Art-
Mandy is a wire sculpture artist in the UK and she began creating art in various media at an early age. As a child, she was always the dreamer who believed in fairies and the mystical. Finally, her love of the fairy found an outlet and in 2015 when she fell in love with a picture of a fairy online, she decided to create her own. This first creation was auctioned for her 6 day, 450km Cycle Africa charity fundraising event for which she raised over £3500 for Women V Cancer.
Since then, living in the magical Stone Circle village of Avebury, her work has grown from miniature faeries to all things magical. Using stainless steel, silver plated and galvanised wire, from tiny to large, indoor and outdoor, she has been challenged to create peoples dreams and bring them into reality. Many of her creations have found their new forever homes in the USA and Australia.
Mandy also works, sells and teaches her craft in the beautifully calm and tranquil rooms above the shop Elements of Avebury in centre of the Avebury Stone Circle, delighting tourists with her little whimsical faerie display.
Recent event have changed Mandys ability to work with the wire and is no longer creating anything using heavy wire. Smaller silver plated things may still be undertaken with consultation.
Moving forward into this year, Mandy is creating again.
Using resin, she is able to offer another range of interesting items, all staying with the same faerie, dragon and mystical theme.
